ORDER This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"7.1 Issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 & 2 to immediately unfreeze the petitioner’s bank account No. 50100679270777, while retaining only the disputed Rs. 700/- as lien amount, if required, 7.2 Issue a direction to the Cyber Crime Police Ahmedabad to issue a revocation / clearance order at the earliest.

7.3 Declare the freezing of entire account as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution.

7.4 Any other relief deemed fit in the interest of justice."
