ORDER

1] They are heard and perused the case diary.

2] This is the applicant's third bail application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/ Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is implicated in connection with Crime No.94/2025 registered at Police Station Oon, District- Khargone (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 115(2), 118(1) of the BNS,2023 and Section 25(1(b) of the Arms Act. The applicant is in custody since 20.04.2025. Applicant's earlier bail applications M.Cr.C.no. 34395/2025 and M.Cr.C.no.42025/2025 was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court dated 21.08.2025 and 10.10.2026 respectively with liberty to renew the prayer after the injured is examined in the trial court and the FSL report is received.

3] The allegation against the applicant is of his involvement in the aforesaid case of assault.
