ORDER The applicant has filed this second application under Section 483 of the BNSS for grant of bail. Applicant has been arrested on 20.01.2025 by Police Station Kolaras, District Shivpuri (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.26/2025 registered for offence under Sections 8/20 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. His earlier three bail applications were already dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated

01.09.2025 passed in M.Cr.C. No.14458/2025.

2. Allegation against the present applicant is that from his possession, 40 KG Ganja has been seized, on the basis of which, offence has been registered.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is in custody since 20.01.2025. It is further submitted that independent witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court
