226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"7.1 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent bank to immediately unfreeze the petitioner’s bank account (A/c No.120029917865) or allow debit transactions forthwith.

7.2 Direct the respondent bank to provide a written and reasoned order/communication explaining the grounds of freezing of the account.

7.3. Any other relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice may kindly be granted."
