ORDER This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"a) This petition may kindly be allowed with cost.

b) To direct the Respondents No. 2 and 3 thereby directing respondent No. 1 to remove the hold/freeze on the Bank account of petitioner.

c) To declare the freezing of the petitioners’ bank account as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed under the constitution of India.

d) To direct the respondents to compensate the petitioner for the financial hardship mental agony, and business losses suffered due to the illegal freezing of their bank account.

e) Issue such other orders, writ, and direction as this Hon’ble court deems fit in the interest of justice in favour of petitioner."
