ORDER By the present appeal filed under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the appellant has challenged the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Sagar, in ST No. 542/2011 whereby the appellant has been convicted under Sections 326 of IPC and sentenced to undergo 1 year RI with fine of Rs. 1000/- and in default, to further undergo 3 months RI.
2. As none appeared on behalf of the appellants, Mr. Vineet Kumar Pandey, Advocate who is present in the Court, has been requested to assist the Court on behalf of the appellant as amicus curiae.
