ORDER Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 17/7/2019 (Annexure P/2), passed by Chief Conservator of Forest, Shivpuri Circle, Shivpuri, whereby, the punishment of dismissal from service has been imposed upon him on account of misconduct found proved in departmental enquiry. He has also challenged the order dated 18/12/2020 (Annexure P/1), passed by Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, M.P., Bhopal, whereby, the appeal filed against the punishment order has been dismissed.

2. Facts necessary for decision of this case are that the petitioner initially worked as Daily Wager Draftsman in the Office of Director, Madhav National Park, Shivpuri during the period of 1983 to 1989. He was then appointed on the post of Draftsman in the respondent/department in the Office of Divisional Forest Officer, Shivpuri.
