"I. To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 4/7/07 (Anx P-13) passed by respondent no 1 as also order dated 22/11/04 (Anx P-110 passed by respondent no 2.

2. The facts, as detailed in the petition, are that the petitioner was working as Assistant Grade II. He made a communication dated 3.9.2004 requesting to supply certain records.
