ORDER This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following reliefs :-

"(i) It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 6.7.2020, passed by the Respondent No.3, and direct the respondents to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner within a fixed period. (ii) This Hon'ble Court be further pleased to pass any such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case."
