ORDER The appellants have filed this appeal under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act being aggrieved by the award dated 1.2.2019 passed in Claim Case No.58/2014 for enhancement of compensation.
2. Short facts of the case are that on 1.1.2014 at around 5.30 in the evening deceased Govind Chouhan was returning from a temple to Ratlam alongwith his friends Jitendra and Deepak.
