ORDER These Misc. Appeals have been filed by the claimants under Section
173(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act being aggrieved by the award dated 29.02.2016 passed by learned IV Additional Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Khargone (M.P.) in Claim Case Nos.15/2014 and 16/2014, challenging the quantum of compensation.
2. The brief facts of the case are that on 23.06.2012 at around 5:30 in the morning, the driver of the vehicle was driving in a rash and negligent manner. Consequently, the vehicle dashed into a boulder resulting in the death of the driver and injuries to the present appellants / claimants because of this, they filed separate claim petitions bef
