O R D E R This instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenging the impugned order dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure-P/5) by which the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Mining Inspector has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner has not submitted the requisite documents within the stipulated time limit i.e. till 24.12.2024 not within the extended date with late fee i.e. 08.01.2025.

2. The facts of the case in nutshell is that the petitioner is holding the degree of Bachelor of Science from Devi Ahilyabai Vishwavidhyalaya, Indore (MP).
