ORDER

1. They are heard. Perused the case diary / challan papers.

2. This is second bail application filed by the applicant under Section

483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (439 of Cr.P.C.) as he/she is implicated in connection with Crime No.09/2020 registered at Police Station M.I.G., Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC. The applicant is in custody since 18/12/2020.

3. His first bail application, M.Cr.C. No.48315/2021 was dismissed by this Court on 22/10/2021 on merits.

4. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the present application has been filed on the ground of period of incarceration of the applicant as the applicant is lodged in jail since 18/12/2020 and final conclusion of the trial is likely to take sufficient long time. It is also submitted that the applicant is 54 years old person and suffering
