"(i) This petition may kindly be allowed with cost (ii) | To direct the respondent no. 02 and 03 to remove the hold/freeze on the bank account of the petitioner at respondent no. 03 bank.

(iii) Issue such other orders, writ, and direction as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the interest of justice in favour of petitioner."
