ORDER This appeal has been filed under Section 374 (2) of the Cr.P.C. r/w Section 415 of B.N.S.S. against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence 31.01.2018 in Special Sessions Trial No.49/2011 passed by the Special Judge, Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Sagar, whereby the appellants stand convicted and sentenced as under :

Name and conviction Number of under Sentenced to appellant Section Aiyya and Sanjay 147 of the R.I. for 3 months and to Pay fine of Rs.500 each and in (Appellant IPC default of fine to suffer S.I. for 1 month.

325/149 of R.I. for two years on each count & Pay fine of Rs.500/- for the IPC for each count (Total Rs.1500/- each) and in default of fine to three counts. suffer R.I. for 3 months on each count.

427 of the R.I. for 6 mont
