ORDER The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of charge-sheet dated

24/12/2024 (Annexure- P/1) while the criminal case against him is also pending in relation to same set of allegations. The continuance of enquiry pursuant to aforesaid charge-sheet has been challenged primarily on the ground that on the same set of allegations an FIR has been registered against the petitioner and in respect of which investigation is going on.

2. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that simultaneous continuance of departmental enquiry vis-a-vis the criminal case in respect of the same allegations would cause serious prejudice to the petitioner inasmuch as he would be required to disclose his defence in the departmental enquiry.
