ORDER The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of FIR being crime No.19/2025 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Balaghat and subsequent Charge-sheet dated 02.06.2025 filed before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balaghat for the offences punishable under Sections 85 & 351(3)of the BNS, 2023 and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner No.1 entered into a lawful marriage with respondent No.6 on 19.06.2019 in accordance with Hindu rites and customs and pursuant to the said wedlock, a female child was born on 08.06.2020.
