"A. It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 22.01.2025 (Annexure P/8) passed by respondent No.4 and order dated 11.07.2025 (Annexure P/10) passed by respondent No.3 in the interest of justice.
