ORDER

This is the first application filed by the applicants under Section 483

of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail relating to FIR/Crime No.478/25 registered at Police Station - Unhel, District - Ujjain for the offence punishable under Sections 34(2) of M.P. Excise Act, 1915.

Applicant is in custody since 14.12.2025.

2. As per prosecution case, date of incident is 13/ 12/2025, when

concerning police got the secret information regarding illicit liquor. After that, police party . taking action on. the information received and they were reached on the spot and intercepted the vehicle Scorpio bearing registration No. MP-66-C-0595 and there is recovery of 60 bulk liter country made liquor from the possession of applicant and police arrested the applicant.
