ORDER anticipatory bail. On these grounds, prayer is made to release the applicant on anticipatory bail.

This is the first application filed by the applicant under Section 482 of

the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail relating to Crime No.96 of 2025 registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Bhopal District Bhopal (M.P.) for the offence under Sections 8, 22 of the

NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a young youth of 19 years. At the time of filing of charge sheet, the Court has observed that the alleged quantity has been shown as commercial quantity. The applicant has been enlarged on bail by the Police Authority in the month of July, 2025 and he did not misuse the liberty granted to him.
