ORDER

This is second bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik

Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of applicant-Vikram Singh S/o Mansingh who is in custody since 25.7.2025 in connection with Crime No.209/2025 registered at Police Station Padamnagar, District Khandwa under Section 25

(1-B)(A), 25 (1)(A) of the Arms Act.

2. The prosecution case in short is that on 25.7.2025 upon the secret

information, the Police party conducted the checking of the vehicles and during the checking of the vehicle they stopped one Bolero Neo car and upon search the Police party seized three pistols from three persons including the present applicant those were sitting in the car. In addition to the pistols, the raw material for making of pistol were also seized from the car. The Police registered the offence and arrested the present applicant and since 25.7.2025
