ORDER opposed the application submitting that the petitioner/wife is highly qualified, and she is managing various business activities. She earns lacs of rupees per month. She has many movable and immovable properties at Indore, and from her income, she is maintaining herself as well as her mother. The respondent/husband was employed in Triveni Construction Company, whereas the petitioner/wife is the owner of a luxury Flat No.205 nd situated at 2 story of Krishna Apartment situated at Plot No.270-A, Bhagwati Anpoorna Nagar, Indore. The husband/respondent has to bear the responsibility of old-aged parents and prayed for rejection of the application. Thereafter, vide order dated 11.08.2018, an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month was awarded as interim maintenance then the respondent was not represented in the case and the order was challenged before the High Court through Criminal Revision No.5057 of 2018 and vide order
