This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"7.1 That, the instant petition may kindly be allowed and the respondent no. 7 and 8 may kindly be directed to unfreeze the bank account of the petitioner bearing account no. 5847398211 with respondent no. 7 and 8 and all its subsequent and consequential action taken by the respondents may

kindly be set-aside ;

7.2 That, the cost of instant petition may also be awarded to the petitioner and any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience may also - be granted to the petitioner."
