ORDER granted bail by the trial court and in another case, he has already been convicted and in which, the sentence of imprisonment has been suspended by this Court, the copies of which are also placed on record. It is also submitted that the investment in the present case was made in the year 2011; whereas the applicant, who was earlier posted as a driver in the company, was made additional Director in the year 2014, and thus, there is no direct involvement of the applicant. It is also submitted that otherwise also in the present case the applicant is lodged in jail since around seven months however, he is lodged in jail since last two years and ten months as he was earlier arrested in connection with the other crime numbers of the same nature.
