This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has

been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) यह (cid:7)क, यािचकाकता (cid:14) क(cid:15) यािचका (cid:16)वीकार क(cid:15) जाकर यािचकाकता (cid:14) को (cid:7)दनांक 01.07.2015 से (cid:7)दनांक 30.06.2016 तक क(cid:15) गई सेवा कायक(cid:14) ाल अविध के आगामी 01 जुलाई 2016 के वा(cid:43)षक(cid:14) वेतनव(cid:43)ृ (cid:46) का लाभ (cid:7)दये जाने

के आदेश एवं िनद(cid:50)श रे(cid:16)पोड(cid:53)टगण को (cid:7)दये जावे।

(ii) यह (cid:7)क, अ(cid:57)य जो (cid:57)यायोिचत सहायता यािचकाकता (cid:14) के (cid:7)हत म(cid:53) हो (cid:58)दान

करवाई जावे।"
