ORDER to his work place. Consequently, the deceased died, whereas, the applicant survived after due treatment.

This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant under

Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of

bail.

2. The applicant is in custody since 28.09.2025 in connection with Crime No.326/2025 registered at Police Station Vijayraghavgarh, District Katni, for

the offence punishable under Section 108 of B.N.S. 2023.

3. As per the portrayal of prosecution case, the applicant and deceased were having love-affair. Prior to the date of incident, the deceased informed the applicant that her parents have decided to marry her elsewhere and she said to the applicant if she was not married to him, she would die. Thereafter, on 21.06.2025 at about 4.0'clock in the evening, the applicant brought some poisonous pills and the deceas
