ORDER immediately within eight days, the impugned order dated 13.07.2021 came to be passed, whereby his compassionate appointment was cancelled on the ground that the minimum age requirement for the post of Laboratory Teacher is 21 years and on the date of appointment, he was short of 21 years of age. It is also stated in the impugned order that if in future the Government relaxes the age criteria or the petitioner completes the age of 21 years, he would be granted compassionate appointment from the said date. Challenging this order, the petitioner has filed this petition.
