ORDER applicants' father who was also an accused in the case, passed away and thus, the applicants could not mark their presence in the trial court, as they were performing the last rites of their father and although an attempt was made to file an application in the trial court on 16.12.2025 however, the same was not taken on record and the arrest warrants have been issued against them. It is also submitted that the trial is at the fag end and the applicants are ready to appear in the trial court and there was no reason for them not to appearing in the trial except the death of their father. Thus, it is submitted that the application be allowed.

2] This is the applicants' first application under Section 482 of the
Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/Section 438 of Criminal Procedure
