ORDER area required as per the new MSR and various other requirements which has been enhanced by the Union of India in respect of institution vide amendment dated 01.10.2024 which has been given effect from session 2025-2026, however, the said amendment has not been brought before the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC), the petitioner college contended that the committee has lost its sight while dealing with the same and therefore being aggrieved with the same filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

With the consent of parties, heard finally.
