ORDER forged Identity Card was recovered at the instance of the applicant. The final report has been submitted on completion of investigation. There is no likelihood of tampering with evidence by the applicant. The trial would take time to conclude. Jail incarceration is causing hardship to the applicant and his dependent family. Applicant is ready to cooperate in the trial.

This first application has been filed by the applicant under Section 483

of BNSS, 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.569/2025 registered at Police Station - Neelganga, District - Ujjain(M.P.) for offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3) and 340(2) of

BNS, 2023. Applicant is in judicial custody since 28.11.2025.
