ORDER also been registered at P.S. Sadar Bazar and at the time when the applicant side was going to the police station to lodge the FIR, they were again assaulted, for which another FIR bearing Crime No.772/2025 has been registered at P.S.

2] This is the applicant's second bail application filed under Section 483 of

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 as he is implicated in connection with Crime No.159/2025 registered at Police Station - Sadar Bazar, Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 296, 351(2), 3(5), 109(2) of BNS, 2023. The applicant is in custody since 28.9.2025. His first bail application MCRC No.47306/2025 was dismissed on 3.11.2025 with liberty to renew the prayer after

the charge sheet is filed.
