ORDER

This is the first application filed by the applicant u/S. 483 of BNSS for

grant of regular bail relating to Crime No.71/2025 registered at Police Station - Rithorkalaa District - Morena (M.P.) for the offence under Sections

309(4), 351(3) of BNS and Section 11, 13 of the MPDVPK Act.

2. Ss per the prosecution, on 23/07/2025, complainant made a oral

report at police station Rithorakalla Morena against unknown person that complainant was going to his in-laws' village Galetha from his village Piproli on 22/07/2025 at 3.15 pm on a motorcycle with his wife, as soon as he reached near the water factory at around 4.30 pm, three people riding a motorcycle came and they parked their motorcycle next to him and at gunpoint looted his wife's gold ornaments, purse and mobile. Accordingly, offence was registered against the present applicant along with other co-

accused persons.
