This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"(a) Issue a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to immediately unfreeze the Petitioner’s savings bank account bearing number 159039420051, maintained with Indusind Bank, Branch’ At Shahnai Residency 2,

Kanadia Road, Indore (Madhya Pradesh).

“(c) Any other writ direction or orders which this Hon’ble Court may

deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case of the
