ORDER old and on the date of incident i.e. 03.10.2025. Allegations are that the victim was called to follow the revision petitioner to the house of 'g' (child in conflict with the law) where the revision petitioner along with others took the victim to the bathroom, caught his face and assaulted him by inserting their private parts in his mouth one by one. Revision petitioner was apprehended on 09.10.2025 and the concerned J.J. Board rejected the application under section 12 of the JJ Act, 2015 on the ground that allegations against the revision petitioner is heinous in nature and will frustrate the end of justice. Further it was observed that it is in the interest of child in conflict with law that application be rejected.

This criminal revision under section 102 of the of the Juvenile Justice

(Care and Protection of Children), Act, 2015 (for short 'the JJ Act, 2015')
