There is no need of custodial interrogation of present applicant. The conclusion of trial will take considerable time. In these circumstances, applicant may be granted anticipatory bail.

482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in relation to Crime No.228/2025 registered at Police Station - Barela, District Jabalpur (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 318,(4), 316(5), 61(2) (A) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 3/7of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
