ORDER same is perused and it appears that compromise has been reached between the parties voluntarily without any threat, inducement and coercion.

The present petition has been preferred by the petitioners under

Section 528 of the BNSS seeking quashment of FIR bearing Crime No.122/2025 registered at Police Station- Narwar, District - Shivpuri the offence under Sections 64, 87, 127(3), 351(3), 332(B) of BNS and

consequential proceedings arising thereto on the basis of compromise.

2. It appears that parties agreed to settle the matter and therefore,

applications vide I.A. No.22109/2025 and I.A. No.22110/2025 have been preferred at the instance of parties and they want to settle the matter. The applications are duly signed by respective parties and same are supported by

their affidavits.
