ORDER married on 30.05.2001 as per hindu rituals and both of them adopted a child on 14.01.2015 who is residing with the mother. Application claiming maintenance was preferred on 12.04.2023 as interim maintenance was also sought to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- per month submitted that minor child requires Rs.70,000/- per annum as educational expenses, transportation expenses Rs.12,000/- per annum, tuition fees Rs.12,000/- per annum, extra activities Rs.60,000/- per annum. Wife is unable to bear the expenses whereas husband is a person of sufficient means.

Both these criminal revisions have been preferred challenging the

legality of order dated 28.02.2025 MJCR No.415/2025 by second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Indore (M.P.) where
