ORDER Petitioners or any orders passed by a competent court of law.

The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :-

"a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction setting aside/quashing any exercise of demolition of properties of the Petitioners or their relatives being undertaken or planned by

Respondents.

b) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondent authorities, particularly Respondent No.1 (Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Bhopal) and Respondent No.3 (Commissioner, Bhopal Municipal Corporation), to forthwith release and restore possession of all the properties that have been sealed, attached or otherwise deseize, including but not limited to the fully constructed residence, farmhouse, farm land, goat-rearing area,marriage garden, and any other property situated at Anandpura, Kokta, Bhopal, which are jointly possessed by the

Petitioners and their relatives, as detailed in the petition;

c) To restrain the Respondents from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of such properties in future, in absence of any specific legal proceedings naming the

d) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent authorities to defreeze the Bank accounts of Petitioners ice HDFC Bank A/c No.:99999982013204, 99929826013204, 50200045049983, Axis Bank A/c No.: 915010025940240, and Union Bank A/c No: 498701010037395 & 498702010006045 and to restrain the Respondent authorities from freezing the bank accounts without the authority of law.

e) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction directing appointment of a court-monitored Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate crimes alleged to have been committed by Petitioners.

f) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction directing that the continuing media trial and vilification of the Petitioners at the hands of certain sections of the media including Dainik Bhaskar, MPTV, Vistaar News be ceased with immediate effect;

g) That, the other relief which is just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted for doing complete justice."

Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a detailed order was passed on 26.09.2025 and the statement of the learned Advocate General was recorded in the matter pointing out the fact that no offences were registered against the petitioners. It is submitted that till date the petitioners are not aware of the fact that they have been made accused in any of the criminal matters. The defreezing of the Accounts were directed by this Court in pursuance to the statement made by the learned Advocate General. It is argued that the petition can be disposed off in view of the observations made in order sheet dated 26.09.2025.

Shri Abhijeet Awasthi, learned Deputy Advocate General appears on behalf of the respondents and fairly submits that till date the petitioners have not been made accused in any of the matters. The freezing of Bank Accounts were directed only on the basis of the suspicion against the petitioners. It is submitted that the petition can be disposed off in view of the observations made in the order dated 26.09.2025.
