The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :-

"a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction setting aside/quashing any exercise of demolition of properties of the Petitioners or their relatives being undertaken or planned by

Respondents.

b) Issue a writ of Mandamus or writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondent authorities, particularly Respondent No.1 (Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Bhopal) and Respondent No.3 (Commissioner, Bhopal Municipal Corporation), to forthwith release and restore possession of all the properties that have been sealed, attached or otherwis
