ORDER Heard on I.A. No.1734/2026, an application for deleting the name of proposed respondent no.1(a).

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the respondent no.1 has expired in the year 2017 and the LRs of respondent no.1(a) is already on record as respondent no.2(b). Thus, prayed for deletion of name of respondent no.1(a). The application is supported by an affidavit and in absence of any opposition, the same is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the name of respondent no.1(a) is directed to be deleted from the array of the cause title. Let the necessary correction be carried out in the original application of Order 22 Rule 9 of CPC during the course of the day.

4. In view of the above, I.A. No.1734/2026 is allowed and disposed of.
