ORDER On 18.02.2022, the record was called for, and on 03.09.2022, it was directed that the record of S.T. No.391/2015 be sent back to the concerned Court with a direction that, after disposal of S.T. No. 391/2015, the learned Court shall again transmit the record to this Court.

On 10.04.2023, it is seen that the same has not yet been sent back, and again it was directed to send back the record of the court below immediately.

This is a revision of year 2021.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the both the parties matter is heard finally on admission stage.
