Applicant has filed this second bail application u/S.483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.214/2025 registered at Police Station Station road, District Morena (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 85, 3(5) of BNS.
Learned counsel for the applicant confined his argument to the fact that he has filed an application I.A. No.1629/26 for interim bail on the ground of ill health of the daughter of the present applicant and grant of one month bail for her treatment.
Heard on I.A. No.1629/26.
It is submitted that the daughter of the present applicant is seriously ill and in support of his submission, he has submitted the doctor's prescription and medical report. Hence, he prays that on the ground of illness of the daughter of the present applicant, he may be granted interim bail for the aforesaid period.
Thus, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the illness of the daughter of the present applicant,
