ORDER This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India while praying for the following reliefs :-

"(i) It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus and directed the respondents to extend the benefit of minimum of the pay scale to the petitioner from the date when he was classified i.e. 20-06- 2011, against which post he is working with all service benefits including arrears within stipulated period.

(ii) This Hon'ble Court be further pleased to pass any such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case. "
