ORDER This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of CrPC/under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for modification of the order passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.no.20990/2025 dated 12.08.2025, whereby, while allowing the bail application, this Court has also directed to the petitioner/applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.3 Lakhs in a Nationalized Bank.

2] Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to deposit the aforesaid amount, and he is in jail since 05.02.2024, even after the bail order was passed by this Court on 12.08.2025. It is further submitted that none of the family members of the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount on behalf of the petitioner, and thus, the aforesaid condition of the order may be modified.
