ORDER This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following reliefs:

"I. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 2- IndusInd Bank Ltd. and Respondent No. 3- SVC Co-Operative Bank Ltd. to forthwith unfreeze the Petitioner’s bank accounts, namely Account No.158770058055 maintained with Induslnd Bank Ltd., Sapna Sangeeta Branch, Indore, and Account No. 300004000009729 maintained with SVC Co- Operative Bank Ltd., Bhanwar Kuwa Branch, Indore, and permit normal operation thereof.

II. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 2 and Respondent No. 3 to keep the complete disputed / lien-marked amount of 20,000 from either one account or from half—half from both the Accounts, in a Fixed Deposit or lien account and to permit’ operation of the remaining bal
