ORDER This first application has been filed by applicant under Section

483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.510/2025 registered at Police Station Namli, District Ratlam (M.P.) for offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 296(A), 115(2), 351(3), 3(5) of BNS. The applicant is in judicial custody since 1.12.2025.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, in addition to the grounds mentioned in the application, submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this matter. No grievous injury was caused to the victim. Minor altercation over forceful seizure of vehicle due to non payment of instalment, aggravated into physical scuffle between the parties.
