This intra-Court appeal, under Section 2(1) of Madhya Pradesh Uchcha Nyayalaya (Khand Nyaypith Ko Appeal) Adhiniyam, 2005, assails the order dated 17/07/2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.5661/2025;

whereby, the writ petition filed by petitioner/appellant has been dismissed.
