ORDER This is the second application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023/439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in connection with Crime No. 07/2025 registered at Police Station Lalbaag, District Burhanpur (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1)(A), 25(1-B)(a) of the Arms Act and Section 111 of BNS. Applicant is under custody since 14.01.2025. First application was dismissed as withdrawn.

2. As per the prosecution story, applicant and other co-accused have been found in possession of huge quantity of barrel, shutter nali used in manufacturing of country made pistol/fire arms therefore, the aforesaid offence has been registered against him and co-accused persons.
