ORDER This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as he / she is implicated in connection with Crime No.313/2025, registered at Police Station Pipalrava, District Dewas (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 324 (4),115(2), 296, 351(3), 3(5),140(2),189(4),190,191(3) of the BNS, 2023. The applicant is in custody since 17.09.2025.
