ORDER Per: Justice Vivek Rusia The appellant has filed the present appeal challenging the order of writ Court dated 13.02.2024 (Annexure A/1), whereby W.P. No.15074/2022 has been dismissed.

Facts of the case, in short, are as under:-

2. The appellant's father (Late Shri Hiralal) was a member of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and was posted as Constable/DFT in the G.C. at C.R.P.F., Bhopal. He died on 20.06.2020 due to 'Sudden Respiratory and Cardiac Arrest'. The appellant, being his dependent son, applied for a compassionate appointment in the CRPF organization. The application was rejected by the respondents vide order dated 06.07.2020 (Annexure P/1), firstly on the ground that the death was normal for which the department or any employee could be held responsible; and secon
