ORDER The applicant has filed this first interim bail application u/S. 483 of BNSS for grant of interim bail. Applicant has been arrested on 18.09.2025 in connection with Crime No.170/2025 registered at Police Station- Ambah, District Morena for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 296, 109, 191(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant pressed for temporary/interim bail to attend the marriage of his sister. The marriage of the sister of applicant is likely to be held 05.02.2026. Being brother, he has to participate in many rituals, therefore, he sought one month's period for interim bail. Marriage card is attached with the application. Thus, prayed for temporary bail.
